V stari cinkarni v Celju se je zgodil prvi projekt KUD C3. Z urbanistično rešitvijo območja stare cinkarne se je znotraj seminarskega dela na Fakulteti za arhitekturo ukvarjal Boštjan Bugarič. V sprva urbanistični predstavitvi se je rodila ideja prikazati javnosti dejansko stanje degradiranega območja in njegovo problematiko brez pretiranih olepšav območja.
